Bill Karras

The Principal, Bill Karras, has practiced in Family Law since 1980. He has been a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia since 1985. Bill was in the first group of lawyers to attain Law Society specialist Accreditation in 1993, and has since been appointed by the Law Society as an examiner of Family Law Specialist candidates. Bill is also a member of the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators and the Collaborative Professionals NSW Association and the Central Sydney Collaborative Forum.

Bill is frequently approached by the media for family law commentary and has been regularly invited to present seminars to the legal profession in relation to family law topics.

Many of Bill's cases have established legal precedent over the years.
